March in Like a Lion

This is good that March came in like a lion because we know that April will be like a Lamb.

Even though the green house caved in, I have some plants in the garage but don’t know how that is going to work because of the amount of sunlight.  I have lamps on the plants but really that is not that good because they need sun – not artificial light.

It is suppose to get a bit warmer next week so maybe I can get in the greenhouse and see what happened and fix it. Keep your fingers crossed.

When the weather froze out my Mother-in-Law Tongues I thought they might come back because there were shoots that came up but they too are pretty much mush.  It was worth a shot though.  The tomatoes did pop up which they can usually withstand the ground freezing all winter and in the spring you notice tomato shoots coming up so I am not worried about those.

I really like the tomato seeds that I use because they seem to really produce and have a wonderful flavor.  I grow Roma and Big Boy and these seed are not modified at all.  You don’t get the biggest fruit just a lot of them.

I have talked long enough about tomatoes so until next time – Stay Warm and Dry.
