I have been wanting to lose some weight and Personal Trainer Food™ gave me an opportunity to try their 28 Day Program to help kick start my weight loss efforts.

I had this plate just laying around that I thought I would use for my meals. It is sectioned out and is a bit smaller than my regular dinner plates. I figured by using a smaller plate to put my meals on I wouldn’t feel like I wasn’t getting enough food.
On Sunday I was excited to start eating the ready-made meals that I was able to choose myself. I am on day 6 excluding my fasting day which was Saturday and I have noticed a huge difference.
