Twenty-Eight Days and Counting (Day 1 & 2)

I have been wanting to lose some weight and Personal Trainer Food™ gave me an opportunity to try their 28 Day Program to help kick start my weight loss efforts.

Personal Trainer Food™ Program works to stabilize your blood sugar and enables your body to burn fat.  It is recommended that on the first day you fast for 24-48 hours prior to starting the Personal Trainer Food™ Program.  Doing this helps to eliminate some of the unwanted sugar already stored up in your body.  I know you are probably thinking, fasting, no way, but you are able to drink coffee, unsweetened tea, flavored waters and broth. I fasted for 24 hours and was surprised that drinking coffee and beef broth I did not get hungry.  I think with the drink being hot it helped to satisfy any cravings and I felt really good like I had more energy and was not sluggish at all.

I had this plate just laying around that I thought I would use for my meals.  It is sectioned out and is a bit smaller than my regular dinner plates.  I figured by using a smaller plate to put my meals on I wouldn’t feel like I wasn’t getting enough food.

On Sunday I was excited to start eating the ready-made meals that I was able to choose myself.  There is such a wide variety of Breakfast, lunch and dinner meals to choose from it is almost guaranteed you will not get bored eating the Personal Trainer Food™.  For breakfast I choose an egg omelet with maple sausage patty and for lunch I had meatballs with broccoli.  As from the pictures you can see the plate has a generous helping of food

Everyone needs to think about using smaller portions of food in order to lose any unwanted weight and with smaller amounts of food does not mean you will get hungry especially if you are on the Personal Trainer Food™ Program.

I am on day 6 excluding my fasting day which was Saturday and I have noticed a huge difference.  I know that Personal Trainer Food™ Program tells you to stay away from scales, that you should judge how much you weigh by how your clothes fit but I am kind of old school and could not resist the old temptation of using the scales and a tape measure when I initially started.

O my Goodness, I can tell you that without all that sugar in my system my belly does not stick out quite as much as it once did, I have a lot more energy and don’t have those nasty cravings I once did.  I don’t feel bloated which is what potatoes and noodles did to me and I feel like I have lost some weight and feel great and it is all because of a simple Personal Trainer Food™ Program that really works .

This was the 100% Angus Beef Burger with Garden Blend of Vegetables.  Since I started on the Personal Trainer Food™ Program I had not eaten or tasted other foods but I was curious on how the 100% Angus Beef Burger stacked up to my husband’s burger so one night I tasted his burger and then the Personal Trainer Food™ Program 100% Angus Beef Burger and there was a huge amount of difference, My husband’s burger was bland with no taste or flavor at all where my Personal Trainer Food™ 100% Angus Burger had just the right amount of salt and pepper and the taste was awesome.  All the foods that I have eaten from Personal Trainer Food™ is like it was cooked especially for me.
